Q: Why use organic cleaning products?
A: We believe by using natural cleaning products that are non-toxic is a healthy approach for you and our employees. Try it and experience the freshness it leaves in the air.
Q: Who will be cleaning my home or office?
A: Our trained professionals who clean will understand you’re cleaning preferences and are dedicated to providing a thorough and fresh cleaning.
Q: Will the same individual(s) be cleaning my home/office if I use Harlem Cleaning Services regularly?
A: We make every effort to provide you with the same cleaning team / individual for each visit. Our goal is for you to feel comfortable and completely satisfied with your cleaning.
Q: What supplies do I need to provide Harlem Cleaning Services with?
A: You will need to provide us with a vacuum. We will provide the cleaning products for the first cleaning. After the initial cleaning you will have a choice to either provide us with your own cleaning products or have Harlem Cleaning Services purchase the organic cleaning products for an additional reasonable fee.
Q: Do I have to be at home/office when you clean?
A: No. Some of our clients are not present when we clean. The choice will be ultimately yours. However, we require that you leave us with permission to enter if you are not present.
Q: How shall I pay for the cleaning service?
A: You may pay by cash or check. Payment is due at the time of service.
Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: We require 2 days notice if you decide to cancel your cleaning.
Q: Do you offer a discount if I refer you’re cleaning services
A: Yes we do indeed. Any client who refers Harlem Cleaning Services will receive a 30% discount off their next cleaning.
Q: Do you service other areas in Manhattan other than Harlem?
A: Yes. We have clients in different areas of Manhattan. If your home or office can be reached by reasonable methods of public transportation we will be there to service you.
